Its a while since i posted anything ! Since the last time the city has grown even more ! Business is starting to pick up and we are developing some new initiatives.Last weekend it was the Notting Hill carnival and went to a Ronnie Scotts jazz jam session which was great !
In training now for the Great London Gorilla Run at the end of the month !
