Personal Trainer London

Im just amased when i walk to work in the morning across Regents Park just how many people are out running and excercising. Most have a London Personal Trainer alongside pushing them to their limits. I find walking far more relaxing! Its dangerous doing that much exercise so early in the morning! Ive been walking from the West End to Liverpool Street at a fast pace. Seems liesurely but actually hard work and great excercise.

Happy New Year London 2011

A very Happy New Year 2011 in London. Probably one of the best firework displays London has ever seen. It was a relatively warm night after freezing temperatures over Xmas and drt so a great night was had by all.

Big Ben certainly had the best view. I wonder who was lucky enough to watch it from up there!
